During every session, you will be given a loving space to speak openly and honestly about what you are feeling challenged by in life. Once you have expressed yourself, I will ask you to lay down and I will allow your body to rest and reset by energetically aligning it. As you are resting and resetting, I will place my hand on your heart and connect to your body/mind/spirit, in order to see what is blocking your health - on all levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). I will speak with you about what it is I am sensing and seeing and then we will work together to heal what it is that is holding you back.
The underlying focus of my sessions is to transform trauma that is trapping you and holding you back in life. When you experienced stressful situations, you told yourself stories about what happened and you see life through those stories as though they are true. Limiting beliefs, habit patterns and thought patterns have formed while you experienced trauma in your past and they subconsciously determine how you see and live life. Negative energy from untrue beliefs disrupt your cells and how they function and this is what makes you sick and sore. This is also what disturbs your vibration, attracting negative experiences to you.
During your session, I will also spend time sharing exercises you can use daily to continue the process of healing more and more of your trauma. I will show you how to align your mind with peace, your heart with joy, your cells with love, light and healing and your life with truth.
